He brings more than twenty years of experience in executive search consulting – ensuring that Wert&Co. initiatives reach their potential on behalf of all participants.
As a co-founder of Wert&Co., Jeff uses his organic vision of career and organizational growth to structure client engagements and assist with compensation negotiations. He also helps define and express our mission through internal methods and external branding, crafting communications that reflect the company’s conceptual approach.
A graduate of Tufts in Economics, Jeff worked on the American Stock Exchange before obtaining a Masters Degree in Hebrew Literature and Rabbinic Ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City. Prior to co-founding Wert&Co. in 1995, he served as a Resident Chaplain at several hospitals, including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Jeff is also a member of the Rabbinical Assembly and Associate Member of the National Association of Jewish Chaplains.
