A Delicious Lab

We wrote a while back about a futuristic, experimental storefront and eatery in Paris called Foodlab. A very different Food Lab recently opened its doors in Norway, connected to the famed 2-Michelin star restaurant Noma. The restaurant’s food is known for merging environment with food experience, and rigorous seasonal and local ingredients merged with cutting-edge technology. In keeping with the mission of the food, Noma founder René Redzepi demanded no glue, nails or shelving could be attached to the walls.
