As a co-founder of Wert&Co., Jeff oversees technology, logistics, legal, and finance as well as directing day-to-day operations and business strategy. Utilizing an organic vision of career and organizational development, he structures client engagements and assists with compensation negotiations.
Jeff brings more than twenty five years of experience in executive search consulting – ensuring that Wert&Co. initiatives reach their potential on behalf of all participants. With a passion for supporting personal and professional growth, including collaborative process, he promotes a deliberative, consultative and thoughtful approach – dedicated to meaningful results.
A graduate of Tufts in Economics, Jeff worked on the American Stock Exchange before obtaining a Masters Degree in Hebrew Literature and Rabbinic Ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York City. Prior to co-founding Wert&Co. in 1995, he served as a Resident Chaplain at several hospitals, including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Jeff is also a member of the Rabbinical Assembly and General Member of Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains.
